You are responsible in that you allowed yourself to be driven by a person who has no license, thus putting your life at risk. However, you will not be charged the same because he is the one who should not have driven in the first place without a license. Consult a lawyer for more legal advice.

Not exactly sure of the exact language, but you knew he was breaking the law, it's the same as watching him steal a purse and not reporting it.

Accessory to the fact.

He was breaking the law, and you admitted to knowing it. In the eyes of the law, you were an accomplice. You can probably get it dismissed, or just pay a small fine. You should talk to a lawyer.

i think it's called unlawful entrustment. the car was in your care and you allowed an unlicensed driver to operate it.

You are 'complicit', like an 'accomplice' in a robbery, but of course you didn't rob anyone.
