Cut out the sodas and other fruity drinks, anything with corn syrup, and any kind of chips. You'll easily lose 10lbs. At the age of 14 years, you still have what they call "baby fat", don't fret, with activity, even increasing your walking you'll drop some weight and gain muscle. Don't be too concerned with the numbers, it's how you fit in your clothing that counts. Remember, as you gain muscle the numbers might not drop dramatically, because you'll be replacing fat with muscle. Also, look at the back of the food packaging, learn to read the labels, and read ingredients. You'll be surprised at all the crap they put in foods. Try your best to avoid food that have partially hydrogenated oils and trans fats. More importantly, eat your greens and vegetables everyday.
