The Sixth Sense, Seven, Scream, Psycho, Planet of the Apes, but the biggest twist ending I've ever seen was in Saw. Not just the first movie, but also the second one, and all the rest, and a huge twist ending to the whole movie series in the seventh one. That was really twisted. Twisted in a messed up way also... o_O
That's easy. The Crying Game. That's number 1. And also, The Sixth Sense, Psycho, Citizen Kane, Unusual Suspects, The Others, The Silence of The Lambs, Vertigo, The Skeleton Key. Do you see a pattern here? It is mostly thriller suspense. Or horror.
Usual Suspects - great cast, especially Kevin Spacey. You follow the whole film and at THE VERY END you realize that you have been lied to and then BAM! the movie ends. It haunts you, carry it around in your head for days trying to figure out just when in the movie and how far back you (the viewer) have been lied to. Very Good.
Insidious had a nice twist at the end, idk about the sequel though. Broken had one, all of Saw was wrought with twists. Alfred Hitchcock Presents , The Twilight Zone and Outer Limits are all tv shorts that are around the length of a show, they are not movies but there are so many of them and they are filled with suspense and often have twist endings. Now, my favorite twist ending would have to be in Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey, its my favorite movie of all time.

You are setting yourself up for disappointment if you watch shows off of this list. If you watch a show because it has a twist ending, you will be looking for the twist - expecting it. Twist ruined. Please do watch these movies ? but only if you come to them by chance. Don't select them from here.
one movie that has a good twist ending if you mean by like you never thought it would turn out that way Is the new movie Now You See Me. another movie is oblivion it was just the most unexpected thing. And lastly I would have to say that The Game was also another twist ending.
if you like old old old classics I suggest "Gaslight","Stage fright" (this is the Marlena Dietrich performance Madeline Khan parodied in "Blazing Saddles")the film-noir classics "Laura"and "Vicki"and one of my favs "Rebecca"
Ok, I agree with many of the movies listed herein, therefore there is no need for me to repeat them, one movie left out that needs recognition however is The Game with Michael Douglas and Sean Penn. Excellent movie and the ending is definitely a trip... Hope this helps, See you at the Movies Always in Spirit and Truth Exclasius
