I don't know how active you are (no offense) but If you start walking around they will go away. In the summer time I use to go out an cut the grass cause all the turning and stuff and walking would make them go away. But if your active you can do a mini aerobic/cardo thing I don't know specific names but anything that envolves bending, stretching or walking/running works.
Another supplement which really helps cramps is calcium. Try chewing a couple of Tums, 3-4 times a day. For some reason, women tend to lose calcium before and during their period, and taking a supplement will replenish it.
