I am 41. Sometimes I can't focus or think straight. Any other 40 somethings feel like this?

I work full time but at times it is a real challenge to pull myself together.

No, that is not normal for age. Could be lots of things, a check up is good start to solving problem.

it's probably stress, you need to take some time off and relax so you can regain your focus again

How much time? Like a leave of absence. It's like I have lost who I am and just live to please others.

I'm 15 and I'm like that sometimes... It's probably stress related.

It is often connected to gluten or milk sensitivity so consult your doctor and run some blood tests (I'm not a doctor). I'm 37 and I might know how that feel's. I feel something similar.

It shouldn't be happening at your age. Perhaps there's no need to worry but, just in case it's a warning of worse things to come, do yourself a favour and talk to a physician.
