This is the same question as the guy who meets the truth teller and the lie teller in the woods and says, "If I asked your friend which was the correct path out of the woods, what would he say?" Think about it.
On the other hand, if you met two weevils in the same woods, a big one and a little one, and you asked which was the correct path you would disregard the larger one no matter what he said. And why? Because it's better to choose the lesser of two weevils.
That's an old logic problem. He says "my nose will grow right now", which, if he was lying, it would grow, but if it grew, he told the truth, and it should not grow. I'd have to say, based on what ever time delay, between growing and shrinking, his nose would grow, and then it would shrink again. But, this would only occur once, as the curse, in it's back and forth fight between "lie" and "truth", would cause his head to explode, and it would never happen again.
