What could cause extreme weight and muscle loss, pain and swelling underneath the right rib cage, severe pain in the back, normal labs

Started 6 weeks ago with blood in stool. Blood stopped three days later but lower ab pain started. Similar to bad cramps. Three weeks later pain and swelling started underneath right ribcage. Pain then spread to mid back. Loss of appetite, yet never feel satisfied after meals. Severe fatigue and weakness. Had colonoscopy, endoscopy, ct w/contrast, ultrasound, hita scan, blood work x3. Endoscopy showed hiatal hernia. Ultrasound showed slightly enlarged liver. hita scan showed contracted, but functioning gallbladder. slight liver enzyme elevation once, returned to normal. Everything else normal. I'm type 1 diabetic (uncontrolled) Ive lost nearly 12 pounds in 6 weeks.

Sounds like you have some sort of intestinal worm. Have they checked for that?

There are very many possible causes that can make you feel pain under the right rib cage. Some of the causes are liver damage, costochondritis, gall bladder disease or musculoskeletai issues. What you need to do is to see a doctor again for proper check up. List down all the symptoms as this can guide the doctor on how to go about it.

All I can suggest, since you've taken all those tests it to pray and maybe see another specialist. Get another opinion if they don't diagnose it. IF it gets worse the cause will be more obvious for the doctor. I know that's not necessarily encouraging but pray and seek God's guidance and blessing.

Got a phone call from him today. Latest test results show pancreas failure.
