The best thing to do is see your Md He can do tests to see if maybe you have a physical condition that is causing your depression such as imbalance of hormones, an imbalance of vitamins or minerals, or unstable blood sugar or blood pressure etc. Then if thats not the case he could prescribe you an antidepressant to help you. One thing, sometimes it may take 2 to 4 weeks before you notice a difference so dont give up taking them give them some time.
