How do you suppress this? Read below
I am playing in the inter-school badminton clusters. Last year I lost against another school because I got nervous. This time I wanna beat them because everyone is saying that I can. Over the year, I have developed a hatred towards them. Now there is only 2 days left for the clusters to start and I always find myself telling that I am gonna beat them. But I want to remain calm because if this feeling continues I will make a lot of mistakes and lose again. Help?
