Why am I gaining so much weight?
every day, I run 2 miles in about 11-16 minutes (I'm only 5.1ft DON'T JUDGE) and I eat healthy. I eat at least 1 veggie and 2 fruits everyday. I have a salad almost everyday at lunch. I eat lean protein as well such as chicken ( NOT FRIED ) , grilled steak (sometimes), and turkey. I drink plenty of water as well. I go to the bathroom regularly every morning. I don't understand why I would GAIN weight instead of LOSE weight. is it just muscle gain? I'm confused I consume around 1200-1300 calories a day and I shed at least 200 everyday
