How do wrestlers gain weight so quickly?
I'm 120 pounds, 5'6, I do intense workouts daily, 4.5 percent body fat.. I'm wondering how I can get up to 132 ? I can't really gain to much in muscle mass because I'm already ALL muscle. I eat tons of ice cream, meat, fruit, and veggies daily along with 5 small meals.. I still can't gain weight. Please help?
