what is the guildline in this case life insurance if the patient had one in 2months

Sheila, I'm not sure how to answer this question. What guideline are you looking for regarding life insurance? Are you asking what the guideline is on a pay-out from life insurance if the patient only had the policy for two months? If so, that would depend on the wording contained in the life insurance contract. There is no real way to answer this question without reviewing the contract for the life insurance.
