You can do your own excercises at home. Buy some dumbells at the store (they dont have to be expensive), do basic excerises with them like squats, bench press with them. The point is to keep your routine to not be like one day yes two days no and so on
doing crunches and things like that can help flatten your stomach but if it's fat you want to lose the only way to do that is by cardio training, such as walking on a treadmill or if you don't have one, jogging can help.
Yes you can. Yoga, push ups and squats. All you need. Pull up bar if you have one. Push ups do triceps, chest, abs. Pull ups do lats, shoulders, and biceps. Yoga will help you build strength to do those better. And build stabilizing muscles.

Go for a walk outside, go different paths. Dont choose the same way every time. If people bother you and "stares" bother you...try and find a quiet er neighborhood. Drink some green tea and I've been eating jalapenos and spicy food its suppose to clean out your system..just stay active if you wana lose weight. eat healthy...its not that hard. Just go outside and you start sweating or at least burning calories.. Im not somebody who sweats that much thats why i said it like that. Do it for yourself. I still have weight to lose but im not considered overweight yet. Im at the end of what is considered to be normal range. Feeling good about that! I lost my weight by walking and green tea. Ooh I forgot, You should really dance to some music! Some fast paced jams will work great. do it and dance your heart out with your animals or by yourself. do it for an hour its kind of fun. youll feel stupid afterwards maybe but, its okay. remember its gonna help you... walking running is best outside too! This is what i do.
