Do I Have a sleep disorder or narcolepsy?

The latest I sleep is 11 at night, but for some reason I keep waking around 3 in the morning, and I can't go back to sleep, I dont take naps during the day, and when its my bedtime Im super sleepy but Im never able to sleep thru the night, I have these horrible dreams, everytime I sleep (and i dont watch scary movies the last time i ever wacthed was maybe a year ago) and sometimes when Im about to sleep I hear voices or I hear things, like chairs falling or banging on the ceiling (I dont have ghosts, even though i do believe but i know its not that because Im been living here for over a year and these things been happeing on and off for months) and Ive been really sleepy out thru the day but i dont want to take a nap then i wont be able to sleep, but it seems even though I keep waking around 3 in the morning any possibilities what I might have?

There are many kinds of sleep disorders and some make you fall asleep during conversations and during the day, while others, make sleeping difficult and you feel tired all day long. My husband has a sleep disorder were he sleeps but does not go into REM, so he is sleepy all day.

Since your sleep pattern is interfering with your life and making you feel tired all the time, I suggest you see your main care physician. Tell him what you are experiencing and be sure to give him details. He may recommend you to a sleep specialist, who will do a sleep study to determine what is going on. Take care.

The fact that you can't sleep and you have horrible dreams although you are sleepy could be because you ate too close to bed time. Either that or the food was too spicy or didn't agree with you, or too much caffeine or other things that would keep you awake. There are several things you can do to help yourself sleep. You say you believe in ghosts but you think you don't have them although the evidence is overwhelming? I can give you some solutions for that too. Pray and get right with God. Pray before bedtime for peace and light and favor with God. Pray constantly, not just at night. Meditate on the word of God. Are you saved? If not, go to a Full Gospel church and hear the word and give your heart to Jesus Christ.

Now what seems like ghosts might be evil spirits. So, if you are forgiven by Jesus, and filled with the Holy Spirit, then you have some protection such as a guardian angel. Stay away from evil doers too. That is necessary.

I dont eat before I sleep dinner for me is like 7 or 8 and then i sleep at 11, but yes i do stay in touch with god, ive been going to church every sunday, and yeah I thought that possibility even most of my family thought so, with the demons and ghosts but i wanted to hear some feedback on what i might have

sleep disorder because narcolepsy is where you can fall asleep at any given moment . you could be in the middle of a conversation and fall asleep

You might have a some sort of sleep disorder, but you don't have narcolepsy.
Are you, by chance, on that drug that is suppose to help you stop smoking?.

No im not on any pills and I dont smoke at all, if it helps Im 15

It's not Narcolepsy. Your body is on a schedule, internal clock. For some reason you wake at 3. Some people can wake up at a certain time without an alarm clock. Try exercising after school, staying away from caffeine (sugar, soda, coffee, tea, chocolate)
Keep off TV, electronics a couple hours before bed. Try melatonin. You should see your doctor if the issue continues. Good luck.
