Unorthodox ways to lose 10lbs quickly?
I'm 5'5 and 150lbs.
Eat healthy, no bread or cereal, (Or anything else yummy), and eat meat beans, poultry, vegetables, fruits, and nuts... And make sure you get exercise! :) Good luck.
