Going to Weight Watchers was always a good idea. they're helpful and encouraging and most of them are fat for have been fat and they know what you're going through. When I went and stuck with it I lost 30 pounds in 2 months. And it's nice to be around people that have the same problem. And it is doable
Just remember that fat comes off in the order it was put on. That's why so many people give up on weight loss. Because they might be trying to loss belly fat and they work hard. But that belly fat is still there. That's the first to get big on most people. So it's the last to come off. Try intermittent fasting. Look it up on YouTube under "twin muscle workout" subscribe to the channel and look up what they say about it. It works for me.
