Is she his niece or cousin?

My grandma's sister's daugther had a baby girl and know iwant to know if she is my grandma's sons niece or cousin.

Read your question wrong...she would be your Grandmother's great niece, and your Grandmother's son's 2nd cousin!

She would be your Grandmothers son's 1st Cousin Once Removed, and your 2nd cousin.
This is one of the easier charts to understand the relationships.
