Nope. Bird poop comes out in a lot of different colors, depending on what their diet is. Yes, there is generally white in the droppings, and there is more white for some species than others because of their main diets. . You have to realize, though, that birds digest food differently, and their "poop" is actually a combination of what we animals would excrete separately as urine and poop. The white stuff is often minerals and acids in the "urine" components. It all comes out as one glob because birds only have one exit hole for it all, called a cloaca. When females lay eggs, even those have to come out there. . As for your main question, no. We humans eat "bird food" all the time. Millet, sesame seeds, oats, wheat, etc., and a lot of cultures eat bugs too (lots of protein & fat in bugs). But humans digest these foods differently, and excrete the waste differently, than birds do.
