I need some diets too lose weight the fast way possible help?

I have a party soon need help not just diet exercise too that I can do at home

You're not going to be able to lose weight that fast in a healthy way...
Losing weight takes patience, time, dedication and a good mind set. Say the party is in a month, you MIGHT be able to lose 10 pounds. Maybe. If you really want to lose weight and stick to it, don't do it for this party and other people, do it for YOU.

Now, you're going to have to eat very small portions very often. Things like a fist-size ball of pasta, some carrots, a banana, 2 eggs, etc. Make sure that you get a good variety of food.

For exercise start going on runs, go on the elliptical, squats, crunches, leg lifts, planks, jumping jacks, jump-roping, etc. Keep your heart pumping for 30 minutes straight 5-7 days a week. Drink a ton of water! (At least 8 cups a day)

No cheating and no diet pills. Diet pills don't work and they're known to cause health problems. Just keep up with it and try to stay motivated. If you stop or you cheat you're more likely to give up. If you take a break one day then it's tough to get back into it.

I used to take a pill called ACE and it helps but you have to drink alot of water with it
