I live on a dead end road where you have to drive through a mile of woods to get to the house. a few years ago my brother and I were driving home. he saw a cloud of smoke above some of the trees so we stopped the car. right then a tree fell across the road right where we would have been. these trees are at least 3 stories high and very thick so we would have been killed. he got out of the car to try to move it. I remember being amazed when he was able to pull it aside by himself. a couple months later we were relating the story at a family party. I mentioned how strong he was and he said "I didn't move it myself that guy helped me"!!! there was no one there that I saw but he swears to this day that there was a man. I sincerely believe an angel was sent to save us and help him. There are stories in the bible where God uses clouds of smoke as signs. That is my most amazing experience.

When I found out how the eye witnesses of Jesus were torture and killed. Most of these followers did not flinch in the face of death even though they died a horrible death ( like made into a human candle-fed to lions-impaled) just to name a few. They did not deny that Jesus was the son of God which would gotten them out of their death sentence.
Many things. One of the first experiences was going on a vacation (or it was supposed to be and I really needed it), but my husband was a selfish immature clever person who caused more trouble than I could ever say. He had in his mind to gamble, but didn't tell me. He got me locked in some room while he went off gambling, saying he had to get the car fixed. He left me there so long, I actually read a whole book, and had never read that much all at once in my life. The book was by David Wilkerson, called "The Cross and the Switchblade". Well, the Lord had a plan for me, but I had no idea what was going on when the Lord came to me and showed his love to me and made that book very clear, so clear I could see the people on the street in the book. That was one experience.
A few years later, I had an opportunity to start going to a Bible study that was soaked in prayer, and it make the biggest difference to me, and never been the same since despite the devil trying to destroy my life again and again many times. This is when the Bible became alive to me and the words would jump off the page almost.
