Do you think this sounds dodgy?

2 employees were assigned to doing a group project for their company. They both have to start work at 6 am. It was also going to be long day (till 3pm).

The problem being is that one of the coworkers didn't show up because he/she couldn't bother to get out of bed and didn't give any notice about not turning up.

So the other coworker waited for this guy to arrive for a while then got worried and started working. He kind of worked his but off.

Hours later the boss was telling him off (aka the employee who actually did the work) due to a "low performance" and the boss was claiming the employee that actually worked was "untrustworthy".

So what do you think of this situation?

Take it with a grain of salt and don't let the little stuff bother you God blesses in many ways we can't see in the present.
