How to not feel sad
smile :) even though it hurts, if you smile, your body releases a hormone that makes you happy so smiling even though you are sad will lead you to be happy. try it :) :)
Do something that'll distract you from your sadness. Watch tv, play video games, read magazines, listen to music, eat yummy foods. That's what I do when I'm sad! I hope you feel happy soon :)
Play some music you really love; something up-beat; and call a good friend whom you can always count on to listen and make you laugh. Remember that there are sad & unhappy times for all of us, but tomorrow is always a new day!
I watch honey boo boo! There's nothing like a great laugh. Go hang out with your friends. Or just let out the years that's what some people do.

Talk to your hand. Seriously. You'll understand when you do it.

Go outside and speed walk with head held up high and do deep breathing while swinging your arms.
