Are you allergic to milk? Or are you lactose intolerant? They both are very different things, with different causes. If it's an actual allergy, it's just how people are, some people are allergic to things. As far as lactose intolerance, I believe it is caused by a lack of lactose digesting bacteria in your stomach. One cure is taking probiotics, preferably ones with the right bacteria in them.
Are you also lactose intolerant? Because I know that one is the result of the stomach lining not being able to process the lactose in milk, so it becomes a gas that gets trapped in the stomach/intestines (hence the pain and sick feelings). But when it comes to milk allergies in general, I'm not sure, but I'm thinking it might be close to the same thing....but don't quote me on that haha :)
Lactose is a natural sugar found in milk that is naturally produced by cows. A very complex carbohydrate. Ppl lactose intolerant don't have the enzyme to break it down. Lactose travels to lower gut for bacteria to break it down and when they break it down it causes a lot of gas and pain for ppl who are lactose intolerant. Some milk is lactose free where they take lactose out. Most people who say they are lactose intolerant are not. If you are lactose intolerant you can eat a little bit every day and overtime you can eat more. Cheese and yogurt have less lactose, that's a good place to start.
