How can i lose my weight ?

yep.
i never thought i could lose weight until i got my wisdom pulled
i stopped eating a lot and noticed that the reason im so fat is because i eat too much
i weighed myself and saw how easy it was for ME to lose weight and started my journey

i still eat junk too to keep it in the trunk.

You can lose your weight by eating a healthy diet. Take lost of fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of water and also exercise regularly. You need to also reduce your calorie intake and consume whole grains. See more tips at http://www.dietdoctor.com/how-to-lose-weight.

Join a gym, take a medication, or one of my favorite options;
Use an app called "Lose It!" on your phone, android or apple.

Alternativly you could try weight watchers.

If none of this works, try to eat healthier and start doing activities you enjoy that are physically active.

you have to hit the gim but while you do that you eat 5 times a day to.keep your stumack not full but to not get hungry. also they have to be small portions of the food you eat .
