Is the website www.ehow.com/info_10028345_objective-childrens-ministries.html considered scholarly or peer reviewed?

To differentiate between scholarly and non-scholarly (peer reviewed) sources. I need to find out if its truly scholarly writing, and articles, that are more opinion based.

Most ehow articles are just general information, some of it is opinion based, but just based on the author's general research, or experience. They are not scholarly or peer reviewed in the traditional sense.

For "academic" or more serious research articles your best bet is to search through Google Scholar - http://scholar.google.com/

Thank you for your quick response. I did know that ehow is not scholarly nor is it peer reviewed website. But is the article in question, Childrens Ministries, (in ehow) that of scholarly or non-scholarly practices? Or Is the answer related to all ehow's articles?
