***** Panic, anxiety, depression all come from confusion and/or unreleased anger. I suffered from this myself until I found the source of what caused it. I can only tell you what helped me, and it's the truth when I tell you I asked Jesus to heal me and He did. Not right away because I would not release things. Once I did a sense of peace came about me and I have not had any attacks in years!
You have 2 choices:
Seek the Truth and heal that way or seek physicians and get drugged which interferes with the communication with God. Satan is the father of confusion which is causing your pain. Don't allow it. *****

Sounds like a panic or anxiety attack. Its something you may need to talk to your doctor about and get on meds for.

I know its scary when it happens but what you need to concentrate on is your breathing just take even breaths. Try to clear your mind I have anxiety and panic attacks about 3-4 times a week if yours.continue go to your doctor and let him know what's happening there are medications you can take that will help you just remember to breathe good luck to you and take care

Lean forward slightly. It is caused by you actually having not enough carbon dioxide in your lungs (this causes anxiety) not a lack of oxygen. Leaning limits how much oxygen you take in, and so can help the situation.
Also give yourself a challenge, I count backwards from a high number in French, something difficult to distract yourself.
If you can challenge whatever causing you anxiety then go for it! Also there are muscle relaxation techniques you could try and also some benefit from imagery (imagining floating down a river in a beautiful forest wrapped in a blanket, watching the leaves float down it representing your problems, loved etc.)
If you have access to a paper bag, breath in and out into it. The more you do it the more CO2 you are taking back in, using the excess of oxygen in your body instead of taking in more. Some people find it useful to cup your hands over your mouth and nose with the same principle.
Treat as shock. Drink or eat something that is high in sugar.

Remember, anxiety attacks are normal, they won't harm you! They make you worry more, remembering you are going to absolutely fine will help. Maybe check out this site too?
