Just talking to someone about your exams can make you feel better. Be prepared. Expect the best. Once you have prepared, think positively. Block bad thoughts. Watch out for any negative messages you might be sending yourself about the exam. Accept mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. Be more forgiving of your own mistakes, especially if you prepared for the exam and are set to do your best. If all else fails try taking a complete break for a couple of days.
