They will never have the same texture as fresh after freezing no matter what you do. Freezing changes the cell structure of the fruit.
Just be prepared that have a very short shelf life in the freezer. The best way is to vacuum pack them, but be sure all of the air is out. When you go to use them, use them for smoothies or to be blended into something.
You put them in a freezer. Thawing them is the hard part - they always go soft. Its ok if you want to use them for strawberry yoghurt or milk shakes or such thing, but not if you need them to stay whole and look good.
