Lets say you're a real estate investor, would you consider real estate a commodity market, intermediate market, or a value market? and Why?

Need some help. Not really finding the answer anywhere.

As a real estate investor, I would consider real estate a value market. This is because the value of properties has to be considered and it can rise prior to purchase. All real estate goods must be valued as assets and they must have property valuations.
