Whats some good training for getting good balance?

If you are just starting or you are older, stand on one foot when you do things like brush your teeth or wash your face.

I do ballet and I have excellent balance. Try standing on one foot with the other foot besides you, or in the "tree" yoga position. You can also try standing normally and closing your eyes :)

I am a gymnast and I would saw to practice walking on a line and then when you get good at that walk on a 4inch piece of wood

put your arm up evenly then if you tilting to the right then lift your left arm and if you tilting to the left then lift your right arm and keep going until you made it to the end :T

You could do what the Karate kid does. go on skinny round poles, also do a front kick postion and stand there until you get it right i guess
