How to get better at doing push-ups?
yes, i'm a girl. haha this year in gym our teachers are making us do a bunch of push-ups. and i cant do a single one. i have noodle arms. haha what should i so? start doing girl push-ups at home, then slowly start doing normal push-ups? or should i start working out or something? lol i wanna get stronger too, but i don't exactly know how this these noodle arms. i love running and that but i feel like i'm getting worse and worse at running long distance. but anyway can someone help me? lol
