Real or fake?

Obama does have a sense of humor, so it wouldn't surprise me, but I can't find any sort of original source on it either. Probably no way to tell at this point. Guess you could always email the White House and ask directly.

Obama could have used that expression simply to show how good Sachin is at batting. Sachin Tendulkar is attributed to being the best batter and became the 4th non-Australian cricketer to receive an Order of Australia honor.

FB garbage.

The first clue -- Obama speaks in complete sentences.

When you put " around a sentence, you are stating these are the exact words someone said, plus you also need to post a link as to where you obtained the info.

Here's the quote
"I don't know about cricket but still I watch cricket to see Sachin play, Not because I love his play, its because I want to know the reason why my country's production goes down by 5% when he's batting?"

No, Obama doesn't waste his time watching cricket and he knows full well that most of his countrymen don't either. He was merely paying Tendulkar the compliment of saying that even Americans stop work to watch TV while he's batting.

In the words of Curd Jurgens ("Me and the Colonel") I can say, "More and more I like this Barack Obama."
