I was born in Washington but moved away ten years ago and I still have family there. Would I be eligible for in-state tuition?
Not likely. Generally for "in-state" tuition, you have to be able to prove that you lived in the state for at least a year or two before you register for classes. You'll have to check with the specific school for actual details though.
No, resident means you, not family.
i do not believe so. every state has differing rules, but my daughter had to be living in the state of florida for one year, and i believe when she came back to michigan, it was again one year.
No if you havent lived there for awhile. Unless you lie and use relatives address.
