A healthy lower calorie diet and exercise is the best way to go. Up your intake of water, and reduce the amount of other beverages. And you will be off to a great start.
Make sure to change your daily calorie intake as required. Depending on your height and weight. You will need a higher amount of calories for your body to function properly. But as you lose weight, the number of calories your body needs to consume lowers.

•Engage in cardio exercise ever other day, plus lift weights two to three times per week, and improve your eating habits. Include in your diet, quality protein, more fresh vegetables, small quantities of fruit, and beneficial fats and oils. Cut right back or eliminate refined/processed carbohydrates, fast food and sodas.
Sorry to come in a bit late on this one. But I would definitely, think about adding a fiber product to your routine. I lost 35 pounds and 61 points of cholesterol by adding Bios Life Slim to my diet. If you want more information, I found the best prices at http://www.naturalfatlossproducts.com. They also have nice videos and articles explaining how to work with your body naturally to lose weight.
