Does liquid at higher pressure cools faster then liquid at lower pressure if both are at same temperature ?

more pressure means more moving particles, moving particles mean more energy and more "heat". So no a liquid a lower pressure should cool faster than that of high pressure

Not with all boiling hot put in the freezer we turn to ice faster than room temperature water.
