You don't need much suggestions, you already know that you are fertile so... Because the egg is only ready like one or two days each month, you need to be doing it consistently around the right time. For a few days do it at least like every twelve hours. Your husband can have a diet rich in vitamin c, zinc those are the materials that the sperm will need around and wear comfortable underwear. For you, just try not to take medication or anything that might have a negative effect on conception, of course unless you have to. It is always good to keep your abdomen warm around your ovulation days and have a good diet rich in vitamins and minerals. That is it. Don't buy into stuff like home remedies to increase the chance of pregnancy. There is no such thing.
They sell ovulation detection kits. (They are by the pregnancy tests.) Try your best to figure out when you are ovulating and try not to have sex for a day or two before so there are more little swimmers. If the dad to be isn't wearing boxers, make him switch. this also makes better swimmers. If you do all this and don't get pregnant in 3 months go see your doctor.
