If you mean buffalo wings or fried chicken wings, no. Anything fried is going to have more than enough fat in it to counteract any benefits you'd get from losing the carbs and upping your protein.

Yes you can, as chicken is an animal protein. Depending on the method of cooking and what you may decide to cook it in will vary the fat content. If you are trying to cut back on fat then you may be better off with Turkey Wings on skinless chicken breast

If you're eating out, some restaurants offer the option to order without skin...this lessens the fat content.
