i think it may all depend on the person's immune system. i'm not sure. i've had partially cooked chicken, ribs and steaks for three years and it has never made me ill at all. i have a high immune system and when i went to check for parasites one year, the woman said it would instantly kill a person, but i had had it for more than a year and i am still here two years later. i still eat it and the worst it will do to me, fully cooked or not, is give me the runs. so yeah ... i would have to say it is all based on your immune system.
