How long will it take to get the body im aiming for (working out) ?
And how many times a week should i be working out?

you should see a difference in yourself in about 4 weeks, other people should notice your new body in about 8 weeks, and by 12 weeks, you should look like a whole different person;) And you should try to workout whenever you can, if youcan't get to a gym- workout at home!
