How much sleep should a teenager get on a school night?
8-10 hourslearned this in health class in high school myself. a healthy 25 year old adult needs a min of 8 hours sleep. children and elderly need 12. then everyone in between varies from 8-12 hours. 10 being the average needed to be healthyRealistically: no one really gets that much sleep realistically people get 4-8 hours of sleep for a hard working adult. not enough.
