yes its great I'm overweight and not being able to breathe when i try to tie my shoes because my gut pushes my lungs feels good. not going to the gap to buy clothes because they don't carry my size saves me lots of money.

For years I weighed anywhere from 285 to 318. My feet hurt, my knees, my hips, back, shoulders. It was hell. Over the last few years I've lost 110 pounds. And let me tell you something, the damage I did to my body by being overweight is still with me. And that is mostly from arthritis, from having too much weight on my joints. I was one of the lucky people that did not have a lot of health issues. Like high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, heart attack, or a stroke.
