What is the best way to lose fat and get lean?

Go on runs, eat lots of very small and healthy meals often. Plan them all out the day before and have about 8 of them. They should all only be a serving size. For example, a granola bar, and banana, fruit cup, apple sauce, 2 eggs, a piece of toast... Drink a LOT of water too! Especially if you're running. Try to keep your heart rate up for 30 minutes straight every day. Good luck! ^_^

It's not healthy, period. Humans were meant to eat meat. You don't get everything you need if you don't eat meat. Even with supplements, if you both taking them... (many vegetarians don't even use supplements for the protein they're missing out on) Even with them you're still missing out on many of the benefits.

You need to do your research before you go on a diet like that. You should be taking protein right now or your body is going to be starved of proper nutrients and you will be in poor health in a few years.

Being vegetarian is a type of diet. You can do whatever you want to your body. Just don't encourage others to be unhealthy to lose weight :P

exercise (jogging) sleep well it in a healthy way and drink water to help digestion... well thats it :)

Do exercise on a regular basis and skip your dinner. You need to drink water and fill your belly so that you will take limited quantity of food. But don't undergo starvation.

Don't eat anything 4 or so hours before you go to bed
