What did Winston Churchill mean when he said we are all worms but I do believe I'm a glow worm?
Winston Churchill simply meant that we are all the same, but he thinks himself to be somewhat special. The glow worm is somewhat different from other kinds of worms, and so was Churchill.
my interpretation of this is we are all the same but he thinks he is a little better
I think he meant, him and his people were all the same, but his responsibility made him the one being observed, and accountable.
