I like to get rid of migraines the natural way, I usually put on a sounds of a rainforest CD (there are others) And I lay down on my bed with a pillow and sit there for about 2 hours or so, and it goes away, migraines are very painful, i have only had 2 or 3 in my life time

You can try this, it works for me: Take Tylenol (or aspirin or ibuprofen, if your stomach isn't hurt by them), along with a cup of coffee or tea. The caffeine helps pain relievers work better. While you're drinking your coffee/tea, put a wet wash cloth in the freezer. When it's frozen/really cold, take it out & lie down, flat on your back, in a quiet & dark room; put the cold cloth over your forehead & eyes. Lie there, just keep very still for a while. If your headache doesn't get better, and if you're able to -- take a nap. Sometimes, sleep is the only way I can get rid of a really nasty headache/migraine. Give it a try, feel better. :)
Take an extra strength pain reliever and go lie down. Lie down in a quiet, cozy place and block out any bright light by closing the blinds, shades, curtains, draperies, or whatever. Put something lightweight over your eyes, also, to block out light. Tell fellow human beings that you need to be left alone in peace and quiet to get rid of your migraine. Rest in dark silence and let the pain medication do it's job.
New research is pointing to "brain freeze" as a good way to get rid of migraines. People tried eating something super cold like ice cream and when the brain freeze stopped, the migraine was gone (or shortly thereafter) It's worth a try
