When an unkind thought pops into you head, replace it with a nice one, even if you don't feel it. Years ago I hated how judgmental I felt when I would see an obese person eating an enormous ice-cream cone or something like it. So I told myself, "They have been eating healthy all month and lost a pile of weight and now they get to enjoy a treat." It helped stop a bad habit and I no longer pay any attention to weight or looks for that matter. Good for you for bettering yourself!
