Any tips for stop eating junk and sweets?

I have a GREAT one for donuts! (((((shutters))))) O_O
Take just a bite of a donut like from a donut shop and place it on a napkin in the microwave for 10 seconds. Then fold the napkin and squish your donut bite. You will be disgusted and shocked about ALL the grease you get out of just one tiny bite of a nasty donut! (YUCK I ended up using two napkins the first time I did this trick!)

When I cut sweets out completely, natural foods taste.much sweeter.

I am not a doctor and this is not professional advice.

Eat less untill you stop, instead of eating a whole candy bar eat half and through the rest away, (sad but works). Cut ot down from there.

That's an easy one. Go live on your own. You won't be able to afford candy anymore, and you'll be eating rice and bagels much much more.

For sweets you can ease yourself off them. Gradually lower the amount of sweets and such as you progress. Also consider replacing the sweets and junk food like just plain popcorn ( not too much butter of course).

Every time you want a snack, have a snack... Then the next time you want a snack, 'snack' on some celery or apple with peanut butter, baby carrots, a yogurt, etc. Everything in moderation, then you never have to deny yourself of the foods you enjoy...
