They don't tend to last long, days at most. The tactic I would use would be to have several continuing resolutions funding various parts of the nation, awaiting once the Senate acts. Pass them, and force the Senate to act to defund parts of the government. Each vote would be hard for them to not vote for. Just don't send one up for Obamacare. It would be shutdown by default. And all spending bills have to originate in the House, so the Senate can't write one.
its just a hoax, its kind of like putting congress up against the wall to make them stop procrastinating and wasting our time and our money. everytine they have their meetings, they become so "exhausted" that they schedule 2 week vacations to sit it out, rest, relax, and come back to resolve issues. thing is its nothing but a never ending cycle.
It's mainly going to shut down because President Obama and the Democratic Party act like teenagers with credit cards who don't care or know how they're going to pay the bill Republicans are like smart responsible business man asking the question if you keep spending more than we make how are we going to pay the bills President Obama just laughs because when the bills come in he will be out of office read the Bible it will scare the hell out of you
