Is it healthy to work out right away when you wake up?
Brook insists that when I wake up I should work out right away, but to me that does not sound healthy or safe at all. When I wake up I am still tired, sluggish, and weak. I think it's better to wait till after breakfast, shower, etc.
I am not asking which is better, just whether or not it's even healthy or safe to workout right when you wake up.
