It could mean almost anything. If you've got a cold with a cough, it could be signs of bronchitis (and just the torture of coughing too much). If you exercised today, it could just be sore muscles. If you are an older person, it could be signs of a heart attack or high blood pressure. It could also be a mixture of things. Neck pains could be stress, while chest pains might be allergies... If you are truly worried that this is an emergency, you should get help and go to the ER. Otherwise, if you're not feeling better soon, make an appointment with your family doctor.
