How can I get the will power to lose the weight?

I'm 5'4 and I weigh 190lbs. I'm only 20, but I've been wanting to join the Air Force since I was 16. It's just that I could never get the weight off. I've had a very rough upbringing and I've always turned to food for comfort. Sometimes I eat so much I think I might burst only to turn around and eat again soon after. Every time I try to stop, it gets worse. I get headaches and hunger pains even though I'm sure I'm not hungry and then I go on these horrible binge eating episodes. I have no support from anyone because my friends and family are always telling me how I'm fine and that some people are supposed to be big and I'm lucky to be my size because I have boobs, etc. But I don't feel okay. I want to stop! I'm tired of not being able to run or walk without tiring out before I've taken three steps. I need help! and tips?

It sounds as if you have a real problem...an eating disorder. It's going to take some serious work to beat it, and I do believe you should consider seeking professional help. Don't let this stop you from reaching your goals. You may think you're weak...but girl, inside you there is more strength than you think! You can beat this! Don't give up on yourself!!

Your desire to join the air force should be the motivating factor. First off, decide that you actually want to lose weight and adopt a "no retreat" policy. Try to cut out some foods from your diet like fried foods and junk foods and instead eat fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water and start light exercises. Talk to your doctor for more on the same.
